The May playday was a neat change of scenery. Guy Mayberry suggested using the lawn behind the Kimball Art museum in Fort Worth. It was a perfect field for Frisbee Dogs. The lawn is about 140 yards long by 60 yards wide. Manicured shrubs and huge shade trees border all sides of the lawn. The turf was green and well kept. Fountains and art sculptures bordered the Kimball back entrance. We took refuge from the sun under some of the big trees near to the back entrance to the museum. At first it was just Guy and myself. Then came Mike Dobbs, Jason and Jennifer Kernodle, Ron Watson and Dana Culligan. We had to share the field with some Ultimate players but they didn't mind. Ron Watson even joined the Ultimate players and was pretty good. We had a fun playday in the park even though we had a small group. Museum patrons came out to watch and visit. It made for a very nice time in Fort Worth. At noon, just as we were packing up, James Jamison and his family
