If our early spring-like weather of the last few weeks hasn't gotten you excited about getting out to the park to dust off the some of the winter cobwebs you probably need to check your pulse.

Although I wasn't able to attend, I understand that our first clinic of the year went extremely well with low winds, mild temperatures and  sunny skies. The only drawback was that it seems a few folks left home without their sunscreen.  I hope the information and coaching you received will help you with your mini-distance this year.
