Cynthia's winning performance was foreshadowed by her performance at last year's ALPO Open in Denver. In a way Cynthia's victory should not be a surprise to many of us who have been around since she showed up at an early funmatch last spring. We should have all known that anyone who would drive all the way from Arkansas for one of our fun matches would be someone willing to put in the work necessary to excel at this sport. Cynthia did something else that has been critical in her success - she humbly sought out the advise of those who had already had some success in this sport. Of course, we shouldn't overlook Dexter's exceptional talents. Congratulations, Cynthia.
