As the unofficial host of our Club activities at the Coppell park I would like to review a few long standing Club rules, City Laws along with my personal  observations:

- Only one dog is allowed off leash at a time. (Club)  No dogs are allowed off leash. (City Law)  Animal Control will come and give tickets if a complaint is filed. If "the one person with their dog" is ticketed, I will solicit money from all to help pay the person's fine, if there is more than one dog loose, then it is everyone for themselves.  (Jim)

- Pick up after your dog (Club)
  Pick up after your dog (City Law)

  I am finding fresh piles after our Club visits the park.  This is a growing problem at the park and  we must not only pick up after our dogs but if you see a someone else's deposit pick it up or confront them to do so.  Another abuse of this rule and we will not be visiting Coppell again.

- No smoking is allowed in the park (City Law)
