Air Trip:  Traveling by air is a lengthy topic on its own.  Refer to Peter's book.  It is excellent.  But, I will rely a couple of quick notes.  I first recommend that you talk to someone who has traveled on an airline with his pet, getting recommendations and good and bad stories.  Your pet will have to have a reservation and a ticket.  Also, a health certificate from your veterinarian is required, certifying that the pet is in good health, free of disease, and can withstand the airline trip.  And yes, we have had
